Our Collision Center



Pompano Ford Lincoln Mercury is proud to offer for your convenience a collision center.  While we hope that you will never need it, please remember that if you need collision repair, we’re here.  

There are many reasons to come to Pompano Ford Lincoln Mercury’s collision center. 

  1. The collision center is an authorized repair center for all
    insurance companies.      Come to us and we’ll take over from there.

  2. Our collision center has been in operation for over 30 years.  We’ll be around to back up our work.

  3. Our staff is fully trained by I-CAR and ASE.  This insures that your vehicle is repair properly.

  4. The collision center has state-of-art equipment.  We have 3 down draft paint booths, a paint mixing room, a computerized measuring system, and six frame machines.  We also have metal and aluminum welders for all vehicle types. This equipment insures that your vehicle is fixed right the first time.
     
  5. The collision center can meet your alternate transportation needs.  We have Enterprise on site to get you into a rental vehicle and to get you on your way.

  6. Our collision center is equipped to handle all makes and models of vehicles.  We’re also a certified collision center for Volvo.  So, bring all your vehicles to our collision center.

  7. Our collision center is fully supported by our service department and their factory trained technicians.  You can rest assured that the mechanical work will be done properly.

Collision Procedures

In the event of a collision, follow these simple steps.

  1. Leave your vehicle where the accident happened.
  2. Call the police and complete a police report.
  3. Obtain the insurance information of other vehicles.
  4. If the vehicle is undriveable, contact the towing company.

  5. Direct the tow company to bring the vehicle to Pompano Lincoln Mercury’s Collision Center.
  6. If the vehicle is driveable, come to Pompano Lincoln Mercury. 
  7. Notify your insurance company of your loss.

Our Hours and Location

Our collision center is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
We’re located at Pompano Ford Lincoln Mercury.  We’re on the west side of U.S. 1 between Sample and Copans Road, just behind the service department.
